You will get a friendly and affectionate welcome when you get admitted to our centre for rehab. Although admissions must be booked in advance, in most events we can assist with a new admission within a day of placing the booking.
Referrals can be accepted from the client themselves, friends, family, and health professionals. We will ensure that our team is ready to receive you once the booking is confirmed.
You will get to know our medical staff once you get to our centre and you will be shown around so you can get to know everything about it. In addition to a schedule of therapy meetings, you will be given a welcome pack that will help you get familiar with everything you should know about Sanctuary Lodge and your stay here. Please call us and let us know in case you are not able to come to our facility on your own.
In the course of the very first 24 hours, we'll make arrangements for you to visit our detoxification specialist psychiatrist.
What happens here is that a complete evaluation will be performed based on your medical and psychological medical care necessities. A complete detoxification course of action will get prescribed if it is needed. Then our medical health professionals will monitor and administer the detox under strict protocol.
Please remember that you are supposed to bring any medications that you may have been taking, as well as giving us details of your doctor's surgery.
The psychiatrist will emphasize any parts of your treatment where a specialist is needed and then make suggestions. Our goal is to make sure that you treatment needs are met during your stay, therefore we will make sure that anything recommended or highlighted is then incorporated into your bespoke treatment plan. We will ensure that you are getting the highest standard care at any time and your treatment plan will then be constantly evaluated by our clinical director, counsellors and clinical personnel.
After your evaluation has been finished, our cordial team will immediately assist you in your adjustment. We fully recognize that this is a very stressful and fearful time for most, but our staff is on hand to offer advice and reassurance at all times.
